Playdate Sports and Fitness is a noncompetitive multi-sport and fitness program for children 2 years and up. We make fitness fun from day one! Allow us to teach your child healthy habits. Children who love fitness become adults who love fitness. Our program will build your child’s coordination, balance, motor skills, dexterity, confidence, and develop their overall physical well-being. Not only will your child learn fitness, they will also learn about being healthy, team work, sportsmanship, respect, honesty, leadership, and other core values they will need to know though-out their life.

We are mobile coaches that come to your child’s school and run physical education programs at your child’s location either during their school day or after school.
