Playdate Sports and Fitness is pleased to offer several options for payment:

1.On-line – Make a payment on-line by credit card. Every month we will send you a reminder your child’s tuition is due you go online and make a payment.

2.On-line-Automatic payment.Set up to have your child's tuition taken out of your account every month.

3. By check – You may leave a check at your child’s school or give it directly to the coach.Please make all checks payable to Playdate Sports.


Now offering sibling discounts! 20% off tuition for each additional child added to the program.



You may cancel your child’s enrollment at any time by providing a 15-day notice prior to the first of the month your child will not be attending.



Policies



For many of our schools we offer an on-going monthly program which costs $50 per month. The tuition is due on the 1st of each month. We will host 4 classes a month.

Many of our other schools we run a season of fitness fun. At these locations the tuition rates vary and will be listed on the enrollment flyer at your child’s school

Please note for our on-going programs for students that are not set-up for auto-pay, after the 1st of the month we will send you a payment reminder if your payment is more than 15 days delinquent we will withdraw your child from the program.

Make-up classes will be scheduled by Playdate Sports and Fitness in case of class cancellation due to weather or illness of the coach.

Credit cannot be given for a child’s missed class due to illness, vacations, holidays, school closures.
